I bought 5kg fresh squid and use all the ink to make pasta. It should be 4 egg, 400gr flour with such amount of ink and bigger noodle size. The dish tastes really good with squid filet, fresh tomatoes, garlic and saffron but I have to practice more to get as good as the taste in Rome |
